My name is Sascha and I'm the COO and the corporate chef of VITO Fryfilter, Inc.
As long as I can remember I've always been connected to the Hospitality Industry. My Mum used to work part time in a Restaurant in the kitchen and when school was over I used to get there, grab some lunch and did my homework in the back. I always loved to be around, helping and even prepping dishes or cleaning tables. So in '96 after school was done there was no doubt: I'll become a Chef or better THE Chef. Starting in Kaiserslautern over Wiesbaden my journey took me to places like Davos, St. Moritz, Porsche and many more.
Hospitality is not only a job you learn, it's a mindset.
Unfortunately I had to change my profession but one thing was clear: Don't leave the Hospitality Industry. That was when I read in a Newspaper that VITO frying oil filter was looking for a new Sales Manager. Knowing the product from previous premises I decided to give it a try and until today it's a decision I don't regret.
Starting as a Sales Guy in the bigger Leipzig – Dresden area I soon was promoted to the Regional Sales Manager East when my former CEO offered me to open our own subsidiary in the U.A.E. I didn't hesitate a second, took the chance and went there. As Managing Director and Corporate Chef after 3 years and constantly growing more than 20% annually, my friend Felix called me. Our US subsidiary is growing fast and with my experience and the product knowledge I got offered the COO position. And here I am now. Selling a unique, fantastic product that helps every business, from small to large, to save a lot of money, keep the quality high and the work down.
